Since Ridgewood believes that education is inseparable from discipleship, it is natural for us to
offer help and support families in this area whether homeschooling, private schooling, or government schooling.
1. Homeschool Help
From families who have been at it for years, to those considering home education for the first time, Ridgewood Church is here to support you. No longer do home educators have to find a support group outside the 'walls' of the church. Ridgewood Church offers encouragement, resources, and inspiration to homeschooling families.
Anyone interested in homeschooling can contact us at office@ridgewoodchurch.us to receive encouragement and guidance.

Ridgewood Christian School
Offering Parents A Choice, And Children A Chance
Since 1998, RCS has been working to provide a quality education to hundreds of young people while building their character. The school, which is a non-profit academic institution, teaches high academics and traditional values to students in pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. The secondary school (7-12) is Southeast Texas' first certified University Model School.
The student body at RCS resides in more than 11 local cities and attends more than 40 local churches of different denominations. Graduates from RCS have been accepted to Lamar University, University of Texas, East Texas Baptist University, Houston Baptist University, West Coast Bible College, Lamar Institute of Technology, Abilene Christian College and more. Ridgewood Christian School gives parents of the Golden Triangle a choice in the education of their children. We give children a chance to be educated with high morals and values.
